Based in Helsinki, Finland, we are a partner to forward-thinking teams and organizations worldwide to help them build better workplaces where people can reach their potential.

We do this by providing training, facilitating workshops, consulting those working on these topics, producing materials, and offering online courses.

Common themes we work on include cultural awareness (multicultural and multilingual teams), diversity and inclusion, leadership development at the executive level and manager level.

Katja Toropainen
As CEO and founder of Inklusiiv, Katja has a decade of experience working closely with global leadership teams and boards across the world, and providing strategic guidance on embedding inclusion into decision-making and business strategy. She formerly served as Chief Curator at Slush and currently serving on the University of Eastern Finland’s Board. Katja holds a Master’s degree in Economics with a major in Information Service Management from Aalto University.

Yesmith Sánchez
Yesmith has over 20 years of experience leading business development and people operations functions for organizations worldwide. At Inklusiiv, she helps companies develop strategies and action plans to integrate inclusion across core functions and all levels of an organization. In 2022, Yesmith received Catalyst DEI Thought Leadership Award for the Nordics. She holds a Msc. in International Management and Strategy from Hanken School of Economics.

Maria leads Inklusiiv’s business operations, partnerships, and research activities on inclusion. With over a decade of experience in international cooperation and organizational development, Maria works with global companies and industry bodies to conduct strategic culture development work and start data-driven dialogues for creating more inclusive workplaces. She holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris.

Aparna is an experienced consultant with strong expertise in anti-racism, allyship, and intersectional analysis. She holds a Master’s degree in Changing Education from the University of Helsinki and has worked with organizations to drive systemic change and foster more inclusive workplaces. Aparna’s background in pedagogy and exceptional communication skills enable her to create a supportive and inclusive environment for learning and development.
