Maria has over a decade of experience in international cooperation and organisational development. She has worked with businesses, public institutions, research organisations, and industry bodies across multiple sectors, supporting them in strengthening leadership and organisational culture.

Maria is a skilled communicator and facilitator, known for translating complex topics into clear, practical insights. At Inklusiiv, she leads research collaborations with industry bodies and academic institutions.

In 2026, her research paper “On inclusion in the workplace through narrative review and critical reflections,” co-written with Dr. Oskari Rintala, was published in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion - an International Journal. The research was translated into a white paper, “Inclusion in the Workplace: How to Build an Organization Where Everybody Belongs,” making the findings accessible and actionable for organisations.
