Katja Toropainen

Katja has over a decade of experience in international leadership and culture development. She works with executives and boards on how culture, inclusion and leadership link to business performance and responsibility. Her clients include both public and private sector organisations.

She has been selected twice to the Nordic 100 list of influential tech leaders and has been on Tivi’s Top 100 IT influencers in Finland for six consecutive years.

Katja speaks and provides training for corporate audiences and business leaders. She has delivered guest lectures at Aalto University and appeared in national media such as MTV and Yle.
