About Inklusiiv

Human skills for high-performing teams.

Inklusiiv was founded in Helsinki in 2020 with a vision: a working life that is inclusive and equitable for everyone.  Our early work in DEI gave us roots in understanding how people collaborate across differences, and what can get in the way.

Recently, the questions we receive from clients and participants have no longer been about what diversity and inclusion mean and why they matter — that conversation has moved on. Leaders and teams are coming to us with questions about the practical, day-to-day complexity of working well together.

Today, that’s what we focus on: the human skills that high team performance actually depends on in today’s world of work — communication, collaboration, trust, and the ability to navigate differences without losing momentum.

We are, above all, facilitators. We believe that people have more answers than they think — they often just need the space, time, and tools to surface them. Our role is to create those conditions and help leaders and teams put what they discover into practice.

Our team brings together experience in business, leadership, communications, social sciences, and multidisciplinary research. We speak six languages among us and have combined work experience from 15+ countries across five continents, which gives us a lived, practical understanding of international and cross-cultural work environments.

We are advised by an international network of collaborators in business leadership and academia, and our research on inclusion and working life is published in a peer-reviewed journal (forthcoming).
